There must be guitars out there that Kurt has played and not smashed up. Where are these guitars? Are any of them accessible to the public? Do people own them as collectors items? Are the in museums or halls of fame? What would someone have to do to play a guitar the Kurt Cobain has also played?

Im sure that someone out there has a guitar that was once used by kurt cobain (he played hundreds of them throughout his career). The problem is:
1) There isn't really any way to prove he ever played it.
2) It would cost a FORTUNE (so much money that you would buy it, put it in a display case, and never touch it after that)
3) Kurt Cobain was a lefty guitar player. Meaning he strummed with his left hand (most use their right hand for this). So unless you play lefty, no.
