Does anyone know any tabs for any Bright Eyes songs that you don't need a guitar capo for? Thanks.

go to 911tabs.com . .. I always find stuff on there (sorry I don't have specifics for you, but you'll find plenty).
They've got other stuff on there too, like Rilo Kiley and Elliott Smith.
I can promise that the Conor Oberst (and the Mystic Valley Band) stuff definitely doesn't use a capo too often.
