I have a guitar cable and a usb cable, how can i connect a usb end to one end of the guitar cable so i can plug it into the computer.

actually that not a good way to do that with an USB-Cable
you can do it with your sound card ,easily plug your cable with a conversion at the other side of your cable and plug it into your computer`s Panel : microphone or a line-in
