How do I fine guitar lessons for beginners?

Q. curious and find the cheapest to guitar lessons.

If you wanna be really cheap you can learn yourself like i did and iv been playing for 3 and a half years now. And im playing Avenged Sevenfold songs/solos. I just went on the internet and looked for tabs to my favorite songs. There is a website called 911tabs.com and it has millions of songs just remember to pick easy songs at first and progress toward harder songs. You may not be able to play your favorite song right away but it will take time. Or you could get lessons on the internet at guitarworld.com or really any guitar website. Maybe buy a DVD according to the type of music you want to play on how to play. Or if youre a college student im sure your college has a guitar class you could enroll in. Like mine does.

How can I get my computer to read a DVD?

Okay so We burned this copied a Eric Johnson guitar lesson onto another CD and it wont read in the DVD and we tried to read it on the computer but it wont read. Is there something we have to download to get it to work on the CPu.

It is either your DVD reader or DVD Player program.
They may be unable to read the disc because they do not recognize the format.
You may need codecs which you can download or you could try a different DVD player program.
You could update your DVD player firm ware.
Or you may have a copyright problem when you copied the disc. Does the original disc work in the same DVD player?.

There are several beginners DVDs but don't know any aimed specifically at children. Maybe just try this free online program first. I bought a lot of DVDs when I started playing and honestly many of them just aren't good. Justin Guitar is as good as any videos I've owned and it's free. Read through the first part of the first page as an introduction and then the lessons are below that. There is a "Getting Started" lesson and then it progress by stages from there. Good luck to her.

Free lessons....I'm not that crazy over free guitarl lessons, there not complete, I'm sure that you've heard that expression, you get what you pay for, well that's how I feel about free guitar lessons...there are so many good sites out there, and the cost is not bad, less expensive then if you were to take private lessons....so I'll give you some free sites and then compare them to the ones that want you to take online lessons...or buy their CD's, Videos, DVD's, or books !!!!!!!

My 10 year old has taken guitar lessons for about 8 months. She has also taken piano lessons for about 5 years. She knows some chords. We may need to stop her lessons. To keep her learning, we were thinking of an instructional DVD. Is there one that would be especially good for her age. We, as her parents, don't know guitar. Therefore, we want a good program to help her to progress. Thanks.
