What is the best guitar multi effect pedal?

I am thinking about buying a multi effect pedal and I dont know which ones are good. I dont want to spend more than $100. Which ones are the best in my price range?

I'd get a DigiTech RP90. The tone is really good and the effects are really accurate. It also has an expression pedal for wah and whammy. It costs about $100.

I know you said under $100, but you should check out the Boss ME-25. I just bought it about 2 weeks ago and its the best multi-effects pedal for the price for sure. It costs about $200 but you will not be disappointed.
