I was wondering if you have to be a real drummer to play guitar hero drums. Cause i am not a real drummer but just a gamer who wants to play guitar hero drums.Will it be too hard for me or can I just get it? And is there an option in the game to reduce difficulty level?

Answer
No, you don't need to be a drummer. There are four difficulty settings, easy, medium, hard and expert. You shouldn't have too much trouble getting to grips with easy.

With practice you should be able to do medium without too much trouble, but once you go into hard it does get quite challenging, and expert means just that - you gotta be really bloody good!

My friends and I were going to buy a synthetic drum set and we heard that the guitar hero: world tour drums can be used as a synthetic drum set. I am just wonderig what computer program I need to download in order to use the guitar hero drums successfully as a synthetic drum set.

I would recommend ezdrummer or addicting drums. they are VST- Plugins, though, so you will need something like sony acid or cubase. there is also a stand-alone program called n-track that could work, but its drum sounds aren't the best.

i have a 10.3.9 mac and i downloaded the drumtuner for my guitar hero drum kit and when i started the app it doesn't start. i have the cable plugged in. do i need a better computer?

The DrumTuner App is PC only - it won't run on a Mac.

How do I clean my my guitar hero drums?

My Guitar Hero drums have dust and crap all over them, and i noticed that from hitting the pads, there are marks from the sticks.

What should I use to clean them off to looking like new?

Answer
Use a damp cloth or a dry swiffer rag. You can add liquid form soap with the damp cloth, but that's only if you care not only about it looking new but smelling and being clean as if it was new.

How do I connect the guitar hero drums for Xbox 360?

I just bought the guitar hero drums for Xbox 360 but I bought it used so it did not have instructions for set up. I have set up the entire kit, connected the cymbals and the kick pedal as well as installed the batteries. How do I now sync up the drums to the console? I tried holding down the green Xbox button for a few seconds that didn't seem to get it to work? Please help thanks!

On the drums there is a tiny button that is not the X hold this and the X light will flash go to the console and press the white button near the power circle do this when the 360 is on. Here is a guide.
