What are the system requirements for the mac version of the Drumtuner App for the guitar hero drums?

i have a 10.3.9 mac and i downloaded the drumtuner for my guitar hero drum kit and when i started the app it doesn't start. i have the cable plugged in. do i need a better computer?

The DrumTuner App is PC only - it won't run on a Mac.
