My wireless guitar won't sync up with my xbox 360. ?

I turn on the xbox 360 hit the little x at the top of the guitar and then press the little black button by the headphone input (i think) and the green lights spin in circles looking for the xbox. It does this for maybe 30 seconds and then its green again, but nothing is synched up. What could be wrong?

Maybe the guitar needs new batteries...
try turning on the xbox 360 with the guitar first

I Bought this guitar at freak toys in sheboygan and I thought it was for Guitar Hero Xbox 360 but it was for rock band Xbox 360.. Can I connect a rock band Guitar, To Guitar Hero world tour Xbox 360??

There is a slot in the back of the rockband guitar(xbox 360) for three AA batteries.

It's because they used the same guitar that was used for the ps3 version. Which came with a wireless guitar.
I think us 360 owners got screwed on that one.

I recently bought a rock band wireless guitar for the xbox 360 at a second hand store, final sale and all that. I get home and find out I need a wireless signal adapter to use the thing. is there anyway I could open it up and turn it into a wired controller or something? what is the best course of action here.

If it's a wireless 360 Rock Band guitar, you don't need any adapters. It works just fine with any 360 console. You just have to sync it like you would any 360 wireless controller.

It's only the PS3 and Wii Rock Band Guitars that need adapters.

There's also no way to turn a wireless controller into a wired one.

I want a cheap priced wireless guitar for xbox 360 but which game model's guitar is the best quality?

If you want the best quality, I would go with the newest one out, which is the one bundled with guitar hero 5. I personally think that the guitar hero world tour guitars are fine as well. But for the longest use, I would buy it new, and not used.
