I own a Yamaha APX700II and i would like to know if there is a gig bag that offers close or similar protection as a hard case
I already have a hard case
Money is not an issue
I am referring to those hybrid cases

Hello there,
No soft case will offer the same level of protection that a hard case does. A padded gig bag is better than an unpadded one. But neither are close to the level of protection a hard case provides.
There is a fairly modern case that is sort of a mix between a soft and hard case. It is black canvas like a gig bag. It is rectangular shaped. It has a foam sheet over and under the guitar. That gives more protection than a padded gig bag, but still less than the traditional hard case. These hybrid cases give a fair level of protection and are very light weight.
