I am looking for an electric guitar that is from $200 to $300. I Prefer Fenders but any for around the price with the best quality for the price. Posting a link would be helpful.

You should be able to find a used Fender Standard Strat or Tele for that. Other used guitars that may get close to your price range are some Godins, PRS SEs and Reverends. Of course, it'll be easier to find a Fender or PRS SE than the others.
Other than that, Yamaha Pacificas, ESPs, Schecters, Squier (Fender's budget brand) and Epiphone (Gibson's budget brand) fall into your price range for new guitars.
In any case, I think it would be best to find a good shop with a good luthier/tech. He or she will be able to set up the guitar so it plays nicely and will be a pleasure to play and use to learn. S/he'll also be able to tell you if there's something you should avoid because of, say, a warped neck.
