boys room decorating opinions/ideas please for bedding?

Hello; here's the plans in progress for a teen boys room that's sort of city/industrial chic style.

These black metal loft beds are on the way:

Also have black metal file cabinets repurposed into dressers.

Also have double metal bifold closet doors across 1 wall painted silver & black (I made a NYC skyline silhouette, to remind us of our home town)

Also have white & black striped curtains & gray carpeting.

Okay, so what I am trying to decide is bedding, I want it to introduce pattern & an accent color around the room. I'm torn between something with red or something with lime green. Should also have black and/or white and/or gray mixed in.

Why are there so many more choices for girls? What's that about?

I have to agree with the poster who said that this loft bed is not right for a teen boy.It is small and not strong. You could go for a full size or even a twin XL .
