So, I bought the cheapest acoustic guitar with case for about 900 pesos or about $25 in USA. I'm trying to sell it for 500 pesos or lower. Or if they'll check, and say the price, then I will.

Some stores will sell on consignment, meaning they'll display your guitar in their store and if it sells you get the money (minus a fee they charge usually). Thing is, I doubt they'd even go to the trouble for your $25 guitar. You're better of advertising it yourself on CraigsList or something similar. Or you could just keep it in case you ever need a guitar to take camping or just to beat on or something.
