I've connected my guitar to the Firewire Guitar port, and connected the Interface to the Firewire port on the computer. How do I record my guitar using a program like Cubase, Quartz, or Audacity?

What kind of strings does the Pr-150 Epiphone acoustic guitar use? I broke the high e string on it. Help?

if you break a string you should replace all of your string, but if you do not wish to, it uses the medium epiphone acoustic strings

When I record my bass guitar using Cubase AI 5 the sound is delayed why? Which makes recording my self very difficult as you can imagine. I am using a Yamaha audiogram 6 which Cubase AI 5 came free with. Thanks.

You need to adjust the latency on it. With most programs there is an ASIO4ALL driver that you can adjust to eliminate most of the delay problems you are having.

I tuned my guitar using an electric tuner, but it still does not sound right when I strum.?

I tried tuning my acoustic guitar using an eletric guitar tuner. It says each note is right on, but when I strum them all open I get a very harsh sound. Can any one tell me what is wrong?

Answer
If you are tuning to standard and then strumming all open, it will sound like crap. You are not forming any chords. Play a chord and see what it sounds like.

its annoying i know, i use the same program myself. im afraid there is nothing you can do about it but i found once i got used to the delay, it wasnt much of a problem
