should i get that instead of another guitar? or is it bad and its the worst guitar youve ever played with?

Personally, from my experience the only guitar controllers that should be avoided are the 3rd party ones, that are not sponsored by Activision or RedOctane - and manufactured by a separate company. For example, "React" is one brand.
Do not buy these 3rd party guitars - they are poorly made and usually just designed to be flashy, more than optimized for performance in the game.
