Is there a difference between buying a guitar from Best Buy and buying a guitar from Guitar World?

I am trying to buy a Fender Stratocaster.
Is it better if I get this at Best Buy for $199.99?
Or get it from Guitar World, Sam Ash, Guitar Center, etc.?
If there is a difference, please explain it to me.

Usually Guitar Center, etc. will have special sales and incentives, they will also have nicer instruments than Best Buy. Try www.musiciansfriend.com. They have a lot of great deals too.
