I've played the guitar (acoustic mostly, and some electric) but I want to know if I'm at a reasonable level of playing acoustic guitar after 9-10 months teaching myself to play. What songs, etc should I be able to play after 9 months?

9-10 months isn't a very long time.
You'd be pretty good if you could play some songs from beginning to end with fairly accurate tempo and timing.
