guitar les paul image

Its a Fresher, sunburst guitar from around the 1970's. I haven't seen any other Freshers like it and I wondered how much it would be worth. I'm guessing it's a Les Paul replica, but i'm not 100% sure. It has two tone and two volume controls, two brass pickups, and the fret markers are rectangular and the markings start on the first fret. It's not very descriptive, but could anyone point me in the right direction?

I think that you are right about the guitar being a Les Paul copy. Is it the one in your avatar pic? As long as it's not really beat up and still has all of the original hardware, I think you could get $400 for it. Maybe more if you throw in the case. I think you should hold on to it though and here's why. Those guitars are getting harder and harder to come by these days and they were made by a great Japanese luthier named Chu Shin Gakki who went on to make the Japanese Jacksons that were better than the American ones in the late 80's. The Fresher name is starting to reach minor legendary status among collectors because of this but the numbers don't quite reflect it yet. Hold onto it for a while if you can.
