The Xbox 360 guitar hero controller hooks to the 360 through a USB port, and since the Wii has two USB ports on the back, I was wondering if you could use it with the Wii too.

unfortunately not.. this seems like a good idea but unfortunately the devices have drivers that allows Xbox to pick them up and run with them. If you tried to do it on the wii, there will be no way for the console to recognize the device and therefore not run it.. (its not like a pc that will recognize any device u plug in) However, there is a way to use 360 controllers on the pc.. but im not too sure about that guitar.. i dont see why not since it is basically a modified controller.. but since ur only interested in the wii.. the answer is nope..
