A few years ago I got an autograph on the pick-guard of my electric guitar, and so now im worried that it will come off. I keep it in a hard guitar case and i keep in a dry environment. I was wondering if it will come off, I really don't want it too! :)

Yes
Just spray a few light coats of acrylic sealer over it. I cannot stress enough that they must be LIGHT coats. A heavy coat will aggravate the ink and cause it to run.
