Can i use my guitar hero controller with my pc version of gh?

i have a wireless les paul XBOX 360 controller and i was wondering if it would work with with pc version of gh3? all i can find is drivers for the XPLORER guitar, not the wireless les paul. is there a way for the les paul to work with GH3 for pc?

ya and if you find a wireless les paul you need to buy a $50 wireless adapter for the computer microsoft is a rip off o.O
