guitar overdrive image
Q. Ever since i've had the guitar I have been unable to deploy overdrive without hitting the select button which is really annoying. I know that by tilting the guitar, overdrive is supposed to be activated. However, this is not the case; is this grounds for replacement?

yeah its sounds like it had fault from day 1, take it back cos it affects game play and you cannont play the game how its ment to play, enough grounds for a replacement
