Which acoustic/electric guitar?

Note I am not a beginner player looking for a beginner guitar. I am an intermediate player looking for a cheap guitar. All of these guitars I am looking at are ± $275 I just cant decide. My main concern is that i want a low action. Thanks.

Spend more and get a Taylor 214ce. All of your choices are all-plywood guitars. At the very least you need a solid wood top.
