i got an acoustic guitar and one end of the guitar strap has a string attached and i have no idea where it attaches to the guitar so can you help me. and put it in simple words with no guitar talk because i don't know many things about guitar.

You will find that all acoustic guitars are the same way.
A: You can go cheap: tie a shoe string around the head and on your guitar and tie the other end to the strap

C:Ruin your acoustic guitar and install a strap holder on the back of your guitar head (not recommended)
I have tried both A and B, both of which will work. The only problem with A is that your strap will always have to be attached to your guitar; you can't take it off easily. With option B, you can put on and take off your strap really fast.
