Got a money making idea on the go, just wondering how guitar stickers are made and how patterns are applied with what software, any help?

If you mean what are the stickers made of that people sometimes put on their guitars, those stickers are just regular stickers. They are generally not made especially for guitars. Just stickers people like and slap them on their guitar.
Manufacturers also apply a few stickers. For instance some companies use a foil sticker with black printing with the country of manufacture. The company headstock logo, such as Fender uses is not a sticker. It is a waterslide decal. It is applied and the clear coat sprayed on to the headstock to seal it.
