I have all of that stuff in my basement and I'm not sure what to plug into what. I also have an electric guitar so also what do I connect that to?

well assuming you aren't using the mixer to play with it usually goes in this order amp<pedal<guitar usually amps have an external output for mixers and such and usually a looper goes along with the pedals
