What would be the best strings to buy for this guitar?
I'm buying me a Squier by Fender Affinity Series Telecaster Electric Guitar and I'm going to buy new strings for it. What would be the best strings to buy for a Squier by Fender Affinity Series Telecaster Electric Guitar?

I know this is quite a popular string maker and because of that a lot of guitarists think that they aren't very good BUT in reality they are!
They are used by Slash, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Paige, Paul McCartney, Keith Richards, Jeff Beck, System of a Down, Guns N Roses, Aerosmith, Blink 182, Rise against, Paramore, Def Leopard, Nickleback and soo many more great guitarists.
The guitar string maker i'm on about its "Ernie Ball".
They have loads of different type strings and i will recommend two different types to you.
The first is the "Ernie Ball Power Slinky", these strings are best for all-round general rock use. These are my favorites! Also i think they will sound awesome on a telecaster.
The second is the "Ernie Ball Beefy Slinky", i would recommend these if your into playing heavy metal, as they are great for tuning down to as low as drop b tuning!
