Where can i find a complete guide to learn how to read sheet music?

Hands down, the best book I've ever found is Music Reading for Guitar (The Complete Method) by David Oakes. It's fantastic!! Very easy to pick up, and lots of interesting parts. Simply the best book I've ever used.
