Which is a better brand of electric guitar? Yamaha or Ibanez?

I am a beginner and I am going to get a combo electric guitar bundle at my local music store. I am having trouble deciding between a Yamaha electric guitar bundle and an Ibanez electric guitar bundle. Both come with amps, instructional DVD, etc. Which one is a better quality guitar?

Okay, IBANEZ! All the way. Much better sound quality. Yamaha's are cheesy! I have an electric ibanez and it is great. had it for years. :]
