what to buy a guitar teacher?

I've been working with my teacher for almost 6 years now. He's awesome! and we have alot of fun together. Last year I got him a christmas guitar ornament and a mug with guitars on it with his favorite candy inside. I'm out of ideas this year...
maybe a guitar center giftcard? or is that too lame?

I would go with an go out to eat place. Those in my mind are the best. I have not been able to afford anywhere halfway nice.
