How do you use a wah pedal to make a guitar sound like a harmonica?

Is it possible to combine the wah pedal and the volume pedal into a single unit?

I've heard that most volume pedals make your guitar quieter when you depress the pedal. Is it possible to make a wah unit with a volume pedal that gets louder as you depress the pedal?

What are some good wah pedals to use?
