Where can I create a car decal?

A very loved man passed away this past week and I wanted to look into making car decals for people to remember him by. He played the guitar and had an excellent voice so I would prefer it be music related. Anything helpful is appreciated. Thank you.

Many large format printers will be able to provide cut vinyl or printed vinyl. Look for a local one.

If not many car customisers will have access to one.

You will need to supply a vector file.
