How do I get the guitar, drums, and microphone to play all at once on Band Hero for Wii?

I went onto career mode and I go to select the guitar, microphone, and drums but i cant....i need some directions since it doesn't come with any.

You don't. It doesn't work. Only baby Jesus can but he doesn't partake in child play things.
