i connected the guitar in the mic and am using my speakers as output .Whenever I am choosing any preset ,it is making an extremely low frequency sound(like "kiiiii") when I palm-mute the guitar. How to stop this from happening?

Answer
Get an audio interface designed for the purpose.

If you are using the mic input on your computer, then your guitar signal is not getting enough of a boost to be usable by the software.

The fact that you are trying to use your computer as an amplifier is the source of your problem here. Guitar Rig (and similar programs) is meant to allow you to practice silently with headphones, and record guitar tracks to a computer-based recording setup.

So, the short answer to your question "How to stop this from happening?" is: Don't do that in the first place.
