How can I find out what kind of output jack to get for my bass?

I need to get an output jack for a bass that I'm fixing up. I already have all the electronics working. I just need the part that connects the jack to the body.

There are several vendors that sell guitar parts. The type of jack (and plate) you use is up to you and the shape of the basses body as far as what will fit.
