I don't have my PS3 connected to the internet. Can I download new songs and get them into my PS3 some other way, like with a USB flash drive?
I KNOW that I have to be connected to the internet to download anything. What I mean is can I download on my regular PC and then use a flash drive or something to transfer my downloads into the PS3?

I don't think so. I know with Unreal Tournament 3, that is the only way to get the new DLC but I've done some googleing and I don't think there is a way to. If I were you I'd send an email to the editors of a video game site such as IGN because they would know something like that.
