i have a mesa dual rectifier half stack and i need guitar effects like delay reverb, volume pedal, and maybe more and i was wondering what i could use for the best price or cheapest price cause i dont really have quite a whole lot of money but money isnt the issue?

Go with Boss pedals because they are truly the leading industry in pedals (after all they made the first multi-effects pedal and they are owned by Roland which is a Japanese founded company). The boss gt-10 has gotten nothing but 5 star reviews and has lots of excellent effects and sounds for rock and metal (which is what you want if you have a mesa).
