The high E, B, and G strings rust and get dirty extremely easily. Even if I leave the guitar in the case without playing it. Can anyone give me some electric guitar strings (and just electric guitar in general) maintenance and cleaning tips?

make sure your hands are clean before you play. keeping the guitar out of the case isnt bad in fact its quite good. and make sure you dont cheap out on strings.
