Does the style or series numbers have to match up on Paper Jamz?

I want to buy my son some Paper Jamz for his birthday. I realized while looking at them online that they have style and series numbers. What I am wondering is because I want to buy an amp, a guitar, and a drum set to need to make sure they all have the same style or series number or can they be different?

They are cardboard toys. They all work just fine together.
