I have a guitar Valencia model CG1K/NA and I am thinking of changing it to Yamaha F 310 or Yamaha FG 402.wise?

I am not sure which guitar is better in case I changed to poorer guitar. The yamaha guitar is from ebay so I can't try it.

I own a yamaha FD01 so from the F series...it plays, looks and sounds great so go for the yamaha
